Here is the criteria I belive they should meet.
1. Team Oriented- They should consider what benifits the TEAM better.
2. Fairness- Determine what others may feel not just INDIVIDUAL
feelings. Listens to everyone's opinion on subject matter.
3. Accessible- Easy to communicate with.
4. Brotherly-Has the best interest of the frat in their heart. Some who understands what TRUE brotherhood means.
