Confused Phi

At my campus there are only two sororities and three fraternities. None of which are of interest to the African-American population. The Greeks do not step or stroll of any sort. And it seems as if the school is going downhill. One major reason is because our Greek Life doesn't do anything and as a result many students do not get involved. I have been approached by many people and another sorority at a different campus about helping to start a chapter at my school. But the problem is I am a member of a sorority. However, I feel out of place at the one I am currently in because it seems as if nobody wants to do anything and are just focused on numbers of recruitment. I am also considering dropping because of this as well. What should I do? Stick out my sorority or drop and help start another one. Also the only D9 fraternity we had just got kicked off. Can someone help me in deciding what to do.
