Pledge traditions

Does your chapter have any pledge tradtions? My chapter has horseshoes over many doors and the pledges can touch the horseshoe for good luck in hopes to become a brother. I always liked this because of the symbolism of the horseshoe for our fraternity. If I am ever at the house I still may touch one for luck if I need it.

pledges at Rho-Rho cannot pass through the front door; it has the coat of arms underneath the door.
