Rouding GPA?

I got my final transcript back today, and my class rank and GPA both improved (yay!) after the final quarter. I need to update my info with the Greek offices at the school I will be attending, as well as update my resume and such. I was wondering if it is acceptable to round your GPA up.

Before, I had a 3.724, so rounding up wasn't an option.

Currently I have a 3.7479...etc -- Is it okay to round that up to a 3.75? Or leave it as a 3.74? I couldn't find anywhere that explicitly stated what was acceptable.. I know it's really not a huge difference but I want to list it the right way and just didn't know if it was okay to round up.

PS. Re: title... woops, Rounding*

The Registration and Greek Life offices can and will answer this question for you.

I'd put the exact GPA. The GA office will probably validate your grades for PH anyway so let them do any rounding....

Thanks! I called but no one was available, and I needed to know because I am meeting tonight to deliver my packet to a lady who is writing me a last minute rec. I will leave it as 3.747 Thanks again!

I would list it as 3.748 or the whole thing 3.7479. since the 9 is greater than 5 you can round the 79 to 8. well that's how I was always told to round, but I personally would just write out the entire thing to leave no question in anyone's mind.
