speaker at conference

Good evening everyone-

I was asked to come back and speak to our actives and alum at our leadership conference this summer about being mentally and physically fit. Our theme this year is Phi Rho Fit.

I am looking for something catchy and unorthodox to get their attention and to keep it. Any ideas?
