recruitment help?

Hello, I know this seems somewhat informal. I come from a large university on the west coast. And am in a colony there and became their recruitment chair. I have all of my COB events, but am lacking help from any of the sisters, and even the president.
My main issue is that we are only doing 1 day of formal recruitment( demanded to us by nationals)
We have a quota to get 15 girls or we are shut down.
Any suggestions on how to get more girls?

If you're in a colony and your HQ is making you do formal rush, they also need to help you with it - send someone at best, confer with you via phone at the least.

So in other words, you're only participating in formal rush for one day, then dropping out & doing COB? How long have you been a colony?
