NPC Manual vs "Green Book"

Are these the same manual???

I have an electronic copy of the NPC Manual, but can't find my hard copy of the Green Book. However, if they are the same, I can stop worrying!

I think they are. When I became Panhellenic Delegate I had to download the updated version and print it out myself. The old copy was the Green Book and they contain the same information. The only difference is that the sections aren't tabbed.

Yep they're the same ... NPC Manual was called the "Green Book" 'cause it always came in an NPC green binder.
