The Office of Greek Life (or whatever it's called at UK) would be your best source info about this. They're the ones who would know if there are sororities doing COB/informal recruitment.

I believe that UK still has a separate Panhellenic advisor. She or someone in the Panhellenic office can tell you what you need to do to COB, or if it is possible to do so. If not, then you will have to wait for next year, unless there is a spring "informal."
You'll probably want to talk to Dean West in the Greek Life office. Honestly, though, I think most of the sororities that had CR slots have already extended bids. Of course, that's just word of mouth!
