About how long does the whole process of going local to international take?

I don't think anyone will be able to provide a timeline for you because the process of going international varies.
Focus on getting your sorority off the ground first. After you expand to different campuses in Canada, then look into going international.

First fraternity in your country. That will definitely be challenging. It's hard enough in Canada lol.
