Help me locate this song...

Please.

I don't ever remember hearing this song on the radio. But, it's pretty popular because I hear it at many parties I go to. I don't know who it's by, and possibly don't know what the name of it is. I want to download it before I go out of town this weekend.

I will know it, when I hear it...but the only thing I can remember right now...is that word "Mary Jane" is used several time in the chorus. The style sounds old, like the 80s, but yet it sounds like a remake. It's R&B, not rock or anything, because when I googled it I found Megadeath and Alanis Morsette lyrics. It's definately not by them.

BONUS: Anyone remember a song that came out in the early 90's with "slow down" in the chorus? I'm NOT talking about Brand Nubian's "Slow Down", it's an entirely different song, and if I remember correctly it was by a woman.

Silvertide - Mary Jane?

But, I'm not sure if it's the right artist. The version I heard sounded a little more modern, and think there's some rapping in it. If I can't find it, this is good enough though! Thanks.

I think Mary J Blige had a song called "Slow Down" off her first album.

Looks like Coolio did a "remake" (more of a sampling) for the "Half-Baked" Soundtrack. lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BUb8...eature=related
