Trash talking chapter?

Basically my campus is smack dab in the middle of recruitment right now and I need advice on how to deal with a trash talking chapter. Basically this org. has decided to basically tell every pnm not to rush any other chapters and that they are the only ones who don't haze. And its working in their favor by a lot. I guess I'm just looking for some advice on if and how this should be handled?

Get a PNM to report it to the greek life office. If it's just other fraternities are reporting it, it will just be pushed off as hearsay. But if you get a couple PNMs to report it then no doubt the org that is doing the dirty rushing will get in trouble.

We don't know anything about your organization... but if you're in an NPC org on a campus with a Panhellenic Council, there is specific protocol for filing an infraction against this other chapter. If not, you should still contact your Greek Life advisor for information on how to proceed!

I'm guessing/hoping you mean an exchange like this:

PNM who no one in the sorority knows from Adam: "XYZ said that all the other chapters haze - is that true?"

ABC Sorority member: "We do not haze. If you have any questions about what XYZ said you can go to the Greek advisor."

If you get a PNM who's BFFs with everyone in one chapter to report another chapter, true or not, it can get REALLY hairy.
