Eat.Shop books

I found the eat.shop Atlanta book in the library and loved it!

This one isn't in the book, but I have heard great things about (Six Feet Under) so we might try this one. http://www.sixfeetunderatlanta.com/index.php?id=home

I'm scoping out restaurants for when 6 of us are going to see Wicked in late October.

That will give me time for taste tests.

I checked Barnes and Noble to see if there are other editions. There are like NYC, New Orleans, Portland, Austin.

It's a series of books to tell folks where to find local (non-franchise) restaurants and shops.

Synopsis

Discover a unique vision through these witty, urban city guides that focus on locally-owned eating, shopping, and lodging establishments. The numerous distinct businesses are hand-picked by the authors, giving these convenient references a personal feel that can be enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. Explorers will delight in the luscious photographs, easy-to-read maps, and compact size, making them perfect for throwing into a bag and taking on a tour of the town.

.

I like Six Feet Under - food is really good.

Watershed in Decatur remains my favorite, though. I may go there AFTER I see Wicked - I have tix for the last Saturday matinee.
