Pineapple Express

Alright, who has seen this movie so far?

A big group of us went to see it Wednesday night at a theater by campus that's usually empty- well it was full for that showing and it was mostly people from our school.

They say it's a stoner movie but we were completely sober and found the movie to be hilarious.

Granted, it's one of those "stupid funny" movies, but funny nonetheless. To me, it's one of those movies that you and your friends quote randomly lol.

Who has seen it and found it to live up to the hype?

I haven't seen it yet, but plan to tomorrow. I have yet to be disappointed by Seth Rogen/Judd Apatow.

I liked the beginning a lot more than the end. Way too many bullets were flying and people still surviving (Red!) for me to take it seriously. Besides, when the barn explodes and the huge farm of weed catches on fire, you'd think there'd be a joke there.

Yeah, that's the only thing that was like "o_O", but overall I found it to be a pretty entertaining movie.

A group of friends and I went to see the midnight showing and to my surprise it was sold out... i def. found it to be hilarious the beginning more than the ending but for me the ending was funny because i kept finding randomly hilarious things (like why Red never freaking died) to laugh about

def. quote worthy and I can't wait to buy the DVD.

It was funny. What happened with the girlfriend though?

Have you seen Hot Fuzz? Because they're referencing that style of parody of an action movie - there's a reason why it's so over the top.
