1) Turn off your caps lock and fix your post. There's no need for yelling.
2) Decrease the size of your font to normal size.
3) If you're seeking an NPC group, you must be enrolled in the college where the chapter is located. If you're seeking an NPHC group, you can do your research to see if they have a metro chapter.

We don't take in girls who post like you do.
If it's NPC sororities you're interested in, you're out of luck, as you must be enrolled as a full time student at that campus.

How strict are sororities on that? I take it nationals has to be notified and so forth?
I know down in Auburn a fraternity or two there takes pledges from another college in the area. (I think a community college, to be honest)

Overall, though, it's the bigness of the car that counts the most. Because when something bad happens in a really big car – accidentally speeding through the middle of a gang of unruly young people who have been taunting you in a drive-in restaurant, for instance – it happens very far away – way out at the end of your fenders. It's like a civil war in Africa; you know, it doesn't really concern you too much. - P.J. O'Rourke

It's part of the NPC Unanimous Agreements. Members sign a waiver allowing us access to their grades, so we know if they're enrolled full time at the campus or not.

To be eligible to pledge an NPC fraternity chapter on the campus where a woman is enrolled, she shall be regularly matriculated according to the definition of matriculation established by that institution. (2)

The only exception, to my knowledge, is the Alpha Gamma Delta Chapter at Dalhousie University, where they welcome women from Dalhousie University, Dal Tech, Saint Mary's University, The University of King's College, Mount Saint Vincent University, and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.
Not sure how Alpha Eta got that exception, but I'm curious to see if other NPCs have chapters like that.

totally swerving out my lane here, but these are all Canadian schools, yes? maybe AGD felt resources were better used if combined, for the sake of having a presence. Perhaps at some point, when any of these schools has enough members to sustain a chapter, they will charter.
But an AGD can comment on that, just my thoughts.

I don't know too much about our Canadian history (maybe taualumna does?) to comment on it, but here is the link to our Alpha Eta chapter: http://www.alphagamhalifax.ca/ahhome.htm
Like my own collegiate chapter, Alpha Eta is the only NPC at Dalhousie.
