Member of local which became Pi Kappa Alpha

My father was a member of Pi Sigma Chi, the local at Texas State which became Pi Kappa Alpha. That chapter, alas, is closed. When the chapter went Pike he was serving in the Air Force - and in later years he traveled widely for his job. This meant he felt he wasn't in a position to pursue membership - but now that he semi-retired, and persuaded by me that he could give a lot to the organization, we need to know who to contact to begin to see about him FINALLY becoming initiated. Does anyone here know where he should start?
