In honor of the NFL Draft tomorrow, I would like to know your favorite, if not favorite unusual, college mascot name?
Mine are a tie between
The University of California, Santa Cruz Banana Slugs
and the
Delta State Fighting Okra

My school recently started a club baseball team, and I went to a game last week. It was so much fun rooting for the slugs. You know those chants where one person yells something then the crowd says something in response? We kept going "Banana!" "Slugs!" Yay!!

My school's mascot is the Golden Flash. The physical character is a bird, but I'm not sure how that relates to a Flash or what a Flash is.
That's like how Akron are the Zips, but the physical character is a kangaroo in an Akron tee shirt.
