Fraternity Gift Ideas

My boyfriend's fraternity (Beta Sigma Psi, a small IFC fraternity) is letting me live in their house for the summer. In return, I want to give the house a gift. Many girlfriends in the past have baked or cooked for them, so I wanted to do something a little different. I was thinking more along the lines of something for the house that would be around for a while. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
