Alumnae in the South?

I know that Alumnae Initation can sometimes be controversial on GC, and I hope I am not stepping on any toes. I am a law student at a Southern University, and am interested in taking part in AI. I really like Delta Phi Epsilon's tenants and that its founders were also law students. However, there aren't any alumnae chapters in my area. I would still like to pursue AI with Delta Phi Epsilon. Should I give up or are there other options? Thank you!
