If any of you have the opportunity to see these guys in concert--GO SEE THEM! I went to their Millenium concerts (2 of their 3--yes I'm a nutcase) and I had more fun there then I did when I went to see Michael and Janet. It's true!

People can be so quick to put down these guys, but their hard work is definitely paying off with skyrocketing record sales and successful concerts!

I'm not a fan of the "boy bands" and I wouldn't buy their CDs or go to their concerts (unless of course someone gave me tickets, then I would go)... but if I had to pick a favorite, N'Sync would be it just cuz their songs are catchy and I think it's cool that they can dance so well and actually sing (not lip sync) at the same time.

I have seen Nsync in concert twice because they are so amazing to watch. The first concert I had main floor and the second I had nose-bleed seats and I guess there were advantages to both. The view was obviously better on the ground but the screaming teeny boppers were overwhelming. The sound in the nose-bleeds was suprisingly a lot better, plus they have giant monitors up so you can still see.

Crimson,
I wish you had posted this message Tuesday. At Wherehouse Music stores (at least where I live) if you bought the cd the day it came out you could also by a concert ticket for the show in Birmingham for $45 and get one for free. That's how I got my tickets. So between me and my friend that I'm taking we only paid $22.50.

I wanted to go to the NSync show in New Orleans - tickets were only $28.50! But I couldnt' get my boyfriend or any of my other friends to go with me

Oh well, I got tickets to James Taylor for the next night. And my guy is going with me. I figure NSync will be around for awhile, but JT doesn't tour too often anymore, so its all good

OK...I'm now going to fess up to listening to NSYNC. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I really think they're all really good singers and they're all awesome dancers. I've seen every tour of theirs now including when they opened up for Janet. I didn't intend on seeing the Pop Odyssey tour b/c I'm sooo old now...hehehe...but my friends talked me into getting tickets. We spent a whopping $72 for 1st level seats in the Superdome in NOLA (we've had much much better...like 4th row). I have the new cd and it's ok...I'm still not sure what to make of it. OK...I'm done now. Just had to chime in since I now know there are other listeners!!!

I am going to the concert on August 5th in San Antonio. I paid $75 to go and I am already for sure that it will be worth it, my friend knows a girl who is friends of the band and is trying to score us backstage passes, wish us luck!

Oh man! I paid 80 bucks for regular seats at the Pasadena Rose Bowl. But it was worth every penny. I've now seen the Milleneum and Pop Oddesy tour concerts. NSync gets more amazing every day. Now, I consider myself to have very eclectic music taste (listening to Zeppelin, Dave, D'Angelo, NoFX, Tom Petty, CCR, classical, blues, jazz..and everything in between), but there's no contest. NSync has the best stage presence and puts on the best show that I have thus witnessed.

Juniorgrrl- If you can't get any friends next time, I'll drive to see ya and go for that price!

PS: Has anyone heard of OAR? They're a college band that is getting rather successful. They have a blue grass, reggae, rock type sound. They're absolutely phenomenal. Go get their CD or download some of their songs.

Cool

I think it's really funny I just read this thread. I'm not a fan by any means, but my boyfriend is. (Although he prefers the Backstreet Boys). My mission this morning while he was at work was to get his tickets as soon as they went on sale... I got him floor! This will be his third time seeing them.

He is taking his friend's son, who is about 12 and has never been to a concert before. The kid plays by himself all of the time, and some of the neigborhood kids tease him, and I think it's so sweet that my boyfriend thought to buy an extra ticket and take the kid with him (because I sure didn't want to go )

So, if any of you girls don't want to admit to liking *NSYNC, you can just remember my 29 year old boyfriend who loves them!

I love NSync! I saw them last weekend at the Oakland Colessium and they were so good! I paid $75 but it was very much worth it. They put on a great show, with fireworks and flying and lots of dancing. It was great.

Whee! I was N'Sync for free. I worked as an usher at the first Detroit concert. I was on the floor, about 20 feet away!!

I also must 'fess up to being an 'NSync fan. I just bought their new CD and I must say, it's the best by far! I love the new sounds they seem to be incorporating into their music (techno, R&B). I feel that "Celebrity" shows that they are moving out of the boy band persona and into a more serious group. I'm sure they love what they do!
I do wish that I had seen them in concert. I have yet to get them anywhere my little small towns in Iowa! (Let me know if they're anywhere close that I don't realize!)
I've heard they make it a point to get "close" to all the crowd. Is this true???
Just my 2 cents worth!

I actually got to see N'sync before they were big, when they first came out they went on tour with janet Jackson, and they were like her opening act. and they really do put on good concerts. The first time I saw them I was really impressed(which is why I like them over Backstreet~)
