Pref party ideas

Hey ladies!

I was wondering what you all do for your Pref/last round. I really liked ours going through rush as a PNM but I was apparently alone in thinking that - other girls who have gone through recruitment have said it made them uncomfortable, and being on the other side this year, it's really easy to have it be kind of poorly executed, and does make us look like a cult - without going into detail about what we do.

So I'd love your input so our recruitment committee can start making plans for next year.

If you have chapter members that attend Leadership Conferences, when they do seminars they offer one for the membership directors as well. If any of your eboard has gone to the seminar (hopefully they did) then they usually provide better tips on songs, ceremonies, etc.
