I was wondering if anyone had any good paddy murphy stories or tradations they did at their chapter. we're holding our first one in a while and i was just curious on some input.

We did the funeral precesion around campus the day before we leave and everyone in the fraternity follows and we just yell and go crazy noone knows whats going on except us it is alot of fun.

OUR LINE UP FOR PADDY MURPHY 2010

Saturday (PADDY KICK OFF!)
• Paddy Murphy Kick-Off Party sponsored by Red Bull- Jersey Shore Theme from 9pm-2am (This was new this year, due to us winning a contest)
• Must be on guest list to enter
• Donations towards Children’s Miracle Network are expected and appreciated upon entering the event (Did not enter the party unless a donation was made)

Sunday
• Brotherhood Dinner at 4pm
• Decorations and Banners are welcome at this time; all decorations must be Black, White, Gray, Purple, Gold; Banners are open to be decorated in any way by each sorority (Fun event for soroities to get involved)
• Paddy Opening Ceremony-House Open after meeting
• Light the Lions on Fire (BAD ASS)

Monday
• Open House All Day
• Paddy Murphy’s Breakfast 8am-12pm; $3-5 donations towards Children’s Miracle Network (No food unless donation was made)
• Following Paddy’s Breakfast will be a scavenger hunt for the sororities -- Be creative for the sororities
• Paddy Murphy Funeral Precesion around campus (Agree with wcdude07, lots of fun)
• Brotherhood Event at 9pm (House is CLOSED!)
• House will re-open after event


Tuesday
• Paddy Murphy’s Date Party: 10pm-2am (Go somewhere off campus or away from the house)
• Live Music (optional)
• Dress is 1920’s Gangster Attire
• Invite Only (Guest List)
• Brotherhood Event at 5pm (Closed Event)
• House is open all day

Wednesday (This is our BIGGEST/BEST Day)
• Fiesta Day
• Taco Bar
• Live Music
• All Day Event-Participation is ENCOURAGED

Thursday
• Open House
• Evening starts at 8 pm
• Miss Paddy Murphy/ Sorority Skit Night (If you want details, I will discuss these over email and not on blast)
• Immediately following Miss Paddy Murphy will be Sorority Skit Night

Friday-Sunday
• Formal in Daytona Beach, Florida
• Invite Only

Paddy Murphy Week is a philanthropic week; therefore along with making a donation to Children’s Miracle Network- the sorority who wins our week will also receive a monetary donation to their philanthropy.

The winners will determined by:
• Participation
• Donations
• Winners of Events
• Banners/Decorations
