Post Pledging as a Senior?

Bit of back story here, a friend of mine transferred to mason from a local community college, and thought that she had at least another 2 years on her tenure here at GMU. Her bf is a Teke (my big bro actually), and it really opened her eyes about GLO's out here.

So she was seriously thinking about doing fall rush for a sorority, and it all seemed good, while not a freshman, she had enough time on her hands to go through the new member process and still savor the time of being a full sister. But now she's overhauled her schedule, and plans to graduate next summer a year from now, just making it 2 short semesters left at mason.

My question is, do sororities look at seniors for rush canidates? Has anyone done this before and rushed as a senior? if they did, is it worth it?

No funny squiggles, just bold letters: TKE
