Angry Klepto brother!

What's up with sticky hands in my chapter?
My grandmother's handycap pass is missing in my car and I have suspicions that one of my APO brothers and good friend snatched it (She's known to misuse handicapped passes and steal silverware). Should I kick her to the curb or forgive her, if I found out that she stole it?

Why do you have your grandmother's handicap pass in your car? sounds like you have the same problem as her JK

I knew a girl in HS that was in a bad wreck, and was in a wheelchair for a long time. She was given a temp. handicap pass to hang from her mirror. her sister used it, because she took her to school every day, so they got to park right next to the door. A few weeks before it expired, she was able to walk again, and by the time it expired was getting around very well. When it expired, they took a magic marker, and doctored it to give them another year to have handicapped parking, just because they're family wanted to be able to park in the handicapped spot. lazy bums!
