I'm no longer the Gamma Tau CA!!

The new one is Stephanie from Theta Omicron (Western NC).

They've already updated her Member Services webpage, lol

Thank you for your years of service to that chapter, Lynn!

You left them in great shape to take on the new stage of greek life at West Georgia with the new Greek village and stadium stuff.

And of course, you can pick up working with a chapter on the north side of Atlanta once you make the move.

One of my former students just pledged at North Georgia.

I'm sometimes afraid that you are moving just as things really improved. The options for eating have probably quadrupled in the last five years.

I've got some nerdy stuff going on at work for the first two weekends in February, but I'll be in touch. (Or we could do something for dinner.)

The chapter is giving me a "surprise" reception. The Alumnae Relations Coordinator forgot that part and emailed me to ask me who I wanted to invite, lol.

Anyway, I'm shocked and thrilled.

Got my invite to my own reception, lol.

So glad that they didn't put the word "retirement" on it as I've heard it being referred to.

Hey, I posted in the other thread before I read this one, lol.

Reception was fun. Great to go to an event I didn't have to plan...just show up, lol. They gave me a beautiful framed picture of the chapter, a gift certificate to the local spa (although it means driving back to Cton, lol) and a huge Rose Box full of individual thank-yous.
