AI Question

I'm hoping to have my mom approved as an Alumna Initiate, but had a general question. Since she lives close to my initiating chapter, I was hoping to have her initiate there (it would be kinda cool to have it at the same one). Does anyone know the correct protocol for this - do I contact the chapter advisor if she's been approved to coordinate it, or does the EO do that?

My other thought was to have it done at Convention this summer, but I don't know how that works exactly....and my mom would probably like less of a public fuss (although initiation at convention is amazing).

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Having her initiate either at your own collegiate chapter or at Convention would be hers and your choice but either requires that you/she complete the application process. Details can be found on the Alpha Phi Eyes only section of our website.

FWIW, I think the initiations at Convention are breathtaking. And there are always a few women being initiated as alumnae so she may feel more comfortable in that setting.

I'll pm you...
