"In Her Shoes"

Hi! I recently heard about a sisterhood activity called "In Her Shoes," but I don't really remember the details about it. If anyone could let me know, that would be awesome!

Thanks!

I actually just mentioned this in another thread. Just quoted from there:

Quote:
Girls take off one shoe and place it in front of them. Someone reads off a question; they are small and seemingly insignificant at first, and they progressively get deeper. Once a question is read, each sister is given a turn to answer it while everyone else listens. No one should give a reaction whatsoever. Instead, sisters will write notes to each sister and place the note within the intended sister's shoe.

It gets pretty emotional, and you learn so much about people when you thought you knew them so well. And you have the notes forever. The alum who brought it to us said she did it on a retreat with a group of girls she never met before. They walked out feeling like they had known each other for years.
