Respect

For last week's experience in the True Brother Initiative, the
Big Bro/Little Bro combos along with the High Kappa visited
Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary south of St. Louis.

There are thousands upon thousands of heroes buried there.
We visited the grave of an Associate Member's father (he happens
to be my little Bro). Some also paid respect to STL Cardinal
announcer and purple heart decorated Jack Buck (His grave was
decorated with Flags, change from people's pockets, seashells,
and miniature cardinal toys).

My question to those around: Is there a way for us to find out
about the Lambda Chi's buried in this National Cemetary? We
can get a list of those there. How would we cross reference that
list to all alumni? Is it possible?

We would like to visit their graves and place flowers on each and
every one.

I was thinking Brother Pearce might be able to put a call out in the
next C&C. Perhaps someone would read it, know of someone, and
pass us on the word.

Any ideas?

In ZAX,
Brandon Eldridge

A great idea, but a formidable request and task.

I doubt that there is any definitive list of the burial spots of our Brothers. I know that Mu Zeta has three Brothers at Arlington and I plan on paying a visit to them this weekend: Brothers Canaga Sr, Canaga Jr., and Doolittle. But I know that from chapter records and rumors. As well as having attended the service for Brother Doolittle.
