a NI in need of help

I'm new. To greekchat and Phi Mu, just plegded and all this past spring. And I love Phi Mu. I finally feel like I fit in at my college. And I love all my sisters. But something bad has happened. And I think I may have lost my badge. I feel so horrible. I've looked every where for it. And i cant find it!!!! I recently moved and I think I lost a box somewhere along the way. A box with my badge in it. And I feel so horrible and embrassed. What do I do now? Am I in huge trouble? Help!

Don't get yourself worked up too much about it - accidents happen. Spend a few more months looking for it, sometimes things just turn up. Have you looked on ALL of your meeting and ritual attire? I have often left my pin attached to a dress accidently only to find it a few weeks later (often not realizing that I lost it). If all else fails, you'll probably want to purchase a new badge. To my knowledge there is no rule about having to wear a badge to ritual so if you attend a few without badge, it's no big deal. I understand that you are new and probably want to sport your badge given any opportunity but don't let it bother you too much.

ha - oh those ghosts. i've heard about them! hahawell I'll def keep looking. And yeah I've already checked my badge attire clothing. But I'm hoping it will show up. I didnt know if it was something that i would be in big trouble for losing since I dont know of any one else losing their badge. Thanks for the kind words though. They helped alot. I'm not freaking out as bad now. I'll keep looking. Fingers crossed.thanks!

If you are still not able to replace your badge and want another one, contact HQ. They have a LOT of Badges either turned in, purchased from eBay, purchased from Estate Sales, etc. You can purchase a really NICE badge for a fraction of the cost if you bought brand new. I actually bought a plain one to have made into a ring since I did not want to use my jeweled badge for a ring.
