How Connected are the NPC, NPHC and the MNPHC ?

There is no such group as MNPHC as it relates to fraternities and sororities. You mean NMGC (National Multicultural Greek Council).

That said, the NPHC, NPC, NMGC and NIC on the national level are distinct, serving different organizations with little overlap; no mention of partnerships or collaborations with other councils is made on any of the national websites. However collegiate councils of each of these groups may, and probably do, exist on most campuses. As OTW mentioned, partnerships/collaboration among the councils on a given campus is wholly dependent on the level of desire of the members on that campus.

ETA: I implore you to cruse around and see what else had been asked in the 8+ years GC has been around. Many topics are on their third iteration.

Just as I was Graduating our campus began to have what they call a greek council open to NPHC, NPC and IFC as well as the MultiCultural smaller Fraternities and Sororities. From what I have heard it doesn't sound as if things are going that well for the council despite strong showings from the National organizations in their own right.
