Vacation Time!

As the people I regularly email with know, my vacation starts TOMORROW! YIPEE!

Anyway, since we are all caught up in each other's lives, I thought I'd start a topic so we'll know who is still in class/ at work/ chasing the baby who is eating dog food etc....while others of us are out somewhere having FUN FUN FUN!

(I will tell you where I went after I get back...I'm afraid *someones* (plural intentional) will try and chase me down...hahaha)

I hope that you will all have a wonderful week and someone has to promise to catch me up on all the scoop I'm missing! Don't email me because I won't be on a computer (Heaven help me!) -- anyway - have a lot of fun, have a Blessed Easter, and I'll catch you guys in a week!!

Hee hee! Have a blast!

I too am going on a mini vacation this weekend.....my sweetie is taking me to Daytona Beach tomorrow so I can see the College Nationals for cheerleading!

I can't wait!

Then next week my real "vacation" (I guess you could call it that...I have to get a job!

) starts....I'm going back home for 4 months!

Plus side is I get to see all my family and my sorority sisters again!

My Spring Break starts TODAY!!!! YEAH!!!

Hahaa, yesterday I think I partied a little too hard w/my friends...got home, meant to log on to GC...and zonked out! I woke up today at 4:00 PM!!! I LOVE SPRING BREAK!@!!

Hello GC'ers - I am sure you all missed me so much. I see that I have a ton to catch up on, but just wanted to say that I was actually running around EPCOT trying desparately to find a computer to check in on you guys! Now that belongs in the addiction thread!

Yes Disney was fabulous (as always) - I am a Disney junkie - that's about my 20th trip (and no I don't live in Florida) and I could honestly live there (I mean as in LIVE there in Cinderella's castle!) My nieces were a blast and my "angel" who is 4 got to ride Splash Mountain with us - she loved it (she is not afraid of anything!) and I am so anxious to go next year so she will be tall enough for Space Mountain.

Anyway - I have like 4 million projects on my desk (as expected!) which is why I'm just now making it on here.

Anyone else have any upcoming vacation time?

Awww mannnnn - I forgot to tell you guys the really cool part....so I'm hanging out at the exit to the Rockin' Roller Coaster (yep I'm a big 'ol chicken) waiting on my hubby and my little brother to come off the ride...I'm literally standing there where they get off the ride (where you aren't supposed to be - rule breaker that I am) -- when I see these two small children sitting behind the ropes on prop boxes that are supposed to look like Aerosmith's instrument boxes and stuff. Well I see two Disney personnel with them and I'm thinking that its like an employee's kids or something. Well I see the roller coaster come in, and there are two full sections that are empty, with a party of 4 in the very last car -- and they get off and I think "Hey - that guy looks familiar" but he had on sunglasses and a hat so I couldn't be sure....then I notice his "body guard" and he has some strange tatoos and I'm thinking "Man - he really looks familiar too" -- then I see a very very beautiful woman who looks very similar to J-Lo (no it wasn't her), but that was a DEAD give away as to who "he" is - yep I was within a foot of Puff Daddy (I am refusing to call him the "new" name - it sounds really gross like something a baby does in a diaper). So I knew it for sure when he tried to give the Disney guy (who goes on all the rides with him - what a job to have!) a $100 -- the guy said a couple of times "I can't take that" -- finally P says "YES you can" -- the guy took it. I was thinking "I'll take it!" Of course I didn't stand there staring with my mouth open or anything, but it was kinda cool. I heard them say they were heading to the Muppets, so I thought my little brother would want to go for sure - nah - he wanted to ride the roller coaster again! So much for fame!
