Gunman Killed In Colorado Capitol Building...
An unidentified man who said, "I am the emperor and I've come her to take over state government," was shot and killed by a Colorado State Patrolman on security detail in the Governor's office in the Colorado State Capitol building today.

The dead man had rented a tuxedo earlier in the day saying that he was going to be the emperor. There had allegedly been an earlier contact between the man and State Troopers who escorted the man out of the Capitol.
