Need Professional Web Design

does anyone have any suggestions on companies that do web design? our chapter needs a new webpage and needs it quickly. We are looking for someone to do the initial setup and make it user friendly enough to allow us to update as needed.

Person in your area maybe better, for you, than one out of town.

chapter is located in NW Indiana, so probably chicago area is our best bet.

It's probably not necessary to pay anyone for a design... if you use a content manager like Joomla it's so easy to update - it comes with a newsboard, calendar, picture gallery, etc - and doesn't really require any "design" on your part (other than maybe putting together a nice header with the crest/letters/chapter name). I built our chapter's site from scratch (working on a new one) because I'm pretty good with web design and graphic work so it's free for us. However in your case I'd check out some content management systems. Also, depending on who does your hosting, most of them come with some CMS's preinstalled, so all you have to do is click a few buttons and you're good to go.

i designed www.rushsigtau.com using homestead.com i think we pay $99 a year, and its easy to use. $99 a year after a $25 storage space upgrade.
