Recently i have not been eating as much meat as normal. I dont know why this is, but i am not into eating meat anymore. I do eat some from time to time, like for example i only like ground beef certain ways, still love fajitas, HATE pork chops, and im not too crazy about steaks half the time. Anyway, i dont think becoming a vegetarian is the way to go since i am not crazy about many vegetables, i like some salads, and fruits are okay. Anyway, i heard that not eating red meat makes you shed pounds, is that true? I am not trying to go on a diet or anything, although toning up wouldnt hurt, but just wondering. My parents dont really think that becoming a vegetarian is a good idea anyway because they think you wouldnt be as strong- but of course i know people who dont eat red meat and are perfectly healthy.
Just something i have been wondering about
