bka Stomp The Yard Lite
Has anybody besides me seen this movie? It is essentially a watered down version of Stomp The Yard only with Iota Phi Theta Fraternity representing themselves every chance they get. The other NPHC greeks are represented by wearing their respective colors--ALL THE TIME!! While all the other greeks were seen, I didn't like how the male greeks were portrayed-- ex. the "Ques" were portrayed as bullies and instigators. I had to chuckle at the scene involving the Delta Sorority (not Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, mind you *lol*) interest meeting. References to NPC and NPHC were modified and referred to as "The Conference" and "The Council"
There was a step show at the end, but the only other frat that was seen stepping was the "Kappas". And of course, the Iotas won. I guess that life must imitate art, b/c at the step show at OSU this last weekend, the Iotas won, though in all fairness, they deserved to.
