our phone service is thru embarq-used to be sprint. in the last 5 months, our cordless phones have dialed 9-1-1 four times. a deputy has shown up at our door each time. i feel so badly to waste their time-they are so nice about it, and it is nice to know that they will be here if we ever do really need them.
i have notified embarq and they said they will send someone within 5 days to check out phone lines.
we have already changed the phone batteries, because one of the deputies suggested that. has anyone else had this trouble?
