Rev. Dr. Brenda Brooks Lovely
I am extremely saddened to learn of the passing of my undergrad professor, mentor, and friend. Dr. Brneda B. Lovely was an outstanding example of a "finer woman." She was a critical thinking problem solver with the ability to simplify ideas and concepts as a professor. She was a friend to all and had the kindest disposition of anyone that I know.
Oddly, the professors that owe my success are named Dr. Lovely and Dr. Loveless. Both of them are members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. I shall never forget their kindness and support. It is because of them that I have soared to new heights professionally and personally.
