Expansion Ideas!

hey everyone,

I need help with expanding my organization and i was wondering if anyone can share some of there expansion strategy's. How can i get my org's name out into other school's and how can i get people interested....

What kind of organization is it? Social, service, professional, honorary, or a combination
How many chapters does your organization currently have?
Does your organization have a central board?
Does your organization have insurance; i.e. Liability and B & D?
Do you have alums willing to serve as chapter advisers?
What type of programming (academic, personal growth, leadership, etc…) does your organization offer?

it's a multicultural organization. we have insurance. we have a nat'l board. my alumn are waiting for other chapters so they can be advisors. We have almost every single program available for academic excellence. but we only have1 chapter.
