GDI
Hey shout out to all you GDI's (i know some places call GDI's non-greeks, but from where we are we call locals GDI's) i know that we have two locals on our campus and they are doing exceptional work, able to keep up with those organizations that have national or international support, it is a total credit to those greeks that can sustain an orgainization, from scratch, i love to hear from them and the amazing strides they make, hey just remember all national and inernational organizations were all local at one point in time, give them the support they deserve.

zete...
I'm sure that all of the locals appreciate your appreciation. They do work as hard, if not harder, than inter/national GLOs.
But where I'm from GDI stands for 'goddam independent' (not affiliated with any GLO).

hey hey I am definelty sure all of us locals appreciate the shout outs. A lot of people don't respect us Locals, merely because we are local. But locals do have to do alot of work, one for recognition, acceptance, and a whole lot more
So I too and sending some love to my fellow local greeks, stay strong and positive
One and Much Love

While zete daid he was a gdi, he also stated a he is a member of an organization of members. It that is not the same of an Greek type Organization then I know not of what I speak! I take affront of people calling locals non Greek ans i started a local 36 yrs ago! We affiliated with LXA and I have never looked back!
The only problems with Local Greek Organizations, is if they are on a Strong Greek campus it is hard to compete.
We helped a local SORO start and they had a chance to go with Phi Mu. They did not and they are no longer on campus. They can rember They can never go back to Their house.
I admire all Greeks as we do more for the school we are on then anyone! Just think no Greeks, No Homecoming floats, House Decrerations, no group attendance of sports, and no committes being served on. Well, Ya All figure this out yourself!

Tom Earp,
zete boy did not say that he was a GDI! I know this for a fact cause he's my brother! He was just saying hi to all the GDI's out there and that's it! He's in Zeta Psi fraternity (which is NOT a GDI!) He was saying that locals are GDI's (which I am in....I hear it all the time here! )
Just trying to clear things up!
