This is tongue-in-cheek but SKEERIOUSLY needed as evinced by post after post on this board.
Thank me later. LOL.
Ok, here we go.
1. "AKAs" --> The ****PLURAL**** form of "AKA"
ex: There were three (note the plural) AKAs at the store.
wrong: There were three AKA's at the store.
2. "AKA's" --> The ****POSSESSIVE**** form for singular AKA
ex: That AKA's umbrella was pink and green. (no kidding lol)
ex: AKA's current program includes . . . (interests fill in the blank lol)
wrong: There were three AKA's at the store.
3. "AKAs' " --> The ****POSSESSIVE**** form for plural AKAs
ex: The five AKAs' party was fun.
wrong: There were three AKA's at the store.
Interests, please apply all of the above rules but instead of using "AKA" always use "Alpha Kappa Alpha" or "Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority" or "Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc."
Ok, off my soapbox
