Sisters... I need help...
I've never posted on here before, but i have read a lot of recruitment stories and looked at all the pictures of AXiD houses and honestly never thought I'd post on here but right now I feel like I really need someone to talk to who could understand what I'm going though. I don't want to reveal on here what chapter I'm at because of some issues that are going on right now. I have tried talking to some sisters in my chapter but right now things are kinda rough, greek week, init is coming up soon... people are kinda in their own world...you may understand once i say what the problem is...
...We have had a lot of problems lately of a few sisters not showing up for things, not paying dues, or not doing school work... and some sisters either suspended themselves and a few were voted to be suspended. I am a new sister..Fall 06..so i haven't been around long but I love AXiD with all my heart. When one girl was suspended, almost everyone in the chapter voted aganist her, then another girl was up for suspension... the chapter was split, she ended up getting suspended after a couple of re-votes. It was hard on a lot of sisters. We recevied nasty e-mails, phone calls, messages, girls from different sororities have been coming up to other sisters and mentioning that what we did was a horrible thing to do to someone. I never knew that this could hurt so bad, I see and hear this girl saying such horrible things about us and i break down in tears. I don't know how to handle this. There is more to this story that I don't really want to put on a public board. So if anyone wants to listen or has any advice, message me. Thanks sisters!
