new chapter

I am trying to start a new chapter on the Utica College Campus (Central New York). First I have to have it aprroved by the Greek Advisor. I need good points to "sell" the idea. The best places to hear good things are from already existing chapters. So could you guys help me by telling me what you think that best things about Chi Omega are?
