I am an ALUM now!
Last night was my last chapter meeting as an active Chi Omega!! It was so emotional, but I loved every minute of it. One of the other seniors and I started singing one of our chapter's favorite songs: Chi O Doesn't End, It Lasts Forever. After that, we all got to read our senior wills. (TearJerkers!)It was such a nice way to have my last meeting!!  I have so many awesome memories in Chi Omega!!

Welcome to our world May! I wish I could be an active forever but you are going to be an awesome Alum!!! Hope you will check out the Alum groups in your area over the summer and join. Plus tons of volunteer positions are with Nationals that you can do from home.
Did you have a round table too?? Those were always so emotional for me!

Tonight is my last active meeting..I'm really sad about it..I don't think I'm ready to move on, and I already know I'm not going to be able to say anything during meeting because I am going to be crying to hard! I can't believe how fast these past 4 years have gone..

I cannot believe you are now Alum May. I bet those two years just FLEW on by. Well at least we still got you here and I know you'll be an active Alumna supporting your chapter in all it does.

Hey Steph!! We actually met up to have dinner before the meeting to do a little bonding with all the seniors before our last meeting. That's cool that you know Andrea!! I see that you're married to a LXA (from your profile). My real brother is a LXA!

I hope I'm not stealing any of May's glory but I thought I'd announce that I am now a SENIOR in Chi Omega...WOO HOO. I've made it through and now there's no stopping me now.

Kate - you are joining alum status too? I know it was hard and a lot of tears sister! But let me tell you - you and May are entering into a whole other world of Chi Omega where you go into another level of appreciation for our sisterhood! It is the best! Sisters you have forever!!!

Congratulations, May and Kate. Both of you have been wonderful to this site and to the other as well. We need the leadership and experience from people like you. I look forward to both of you keeping in contact with us. You two are awesome. I'm so happy for you. Chi-O Rocks!
We just had our Sr. meeting and I cried. There are so many mixed feelings going on. I'm so happy for them to be moving on, but I'm sad at the same time. It feels like I just started college myself and already I am over half finished.

Where is your brother a LXA at? My hubby is still involved w/his chapter from afar. You will soos see, its GOOD to be an alum!
