Let's Talk About Bid Matching.

PenguinTrax, this might be right up your alley!

I am at work, so I don't have my Green Book w/ me, but that's besides the point, b/c I can't find it at home, either.

What are the rules regarding bid matching and chapter advisors? Are they supposed to be there? What if they want to be there but the Greek Advisor refuses?
