I need someone who knows about computers

Hey I am trying to get all my email addresses into my outlook... could someone out there help me?

I don't know how to get my school email which is an outlook program and my work email which is an outlook program to all come through my computer outlook. I have outlook 2003 and don't want to have to check multiple email accounts... I'm sure I'll miss something from someone.
