High school lesbian faces sodomy charge

http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/mld/l...l/14604918.htm

Excert:

A Russell County High School student faces a charge of second-degree sodomy after an alleged involvement with a younger female student from the school. School officials say they have found no evidence any sexual misconduct occurred on the school campus.

I wonder if he mom would have complained if her 14 year old daughter was dating a boy?

She said her daughter is "angry and confused" and going through therapy but is getting better.

And look, the daughter is being cured of being a lesbian by therapy . . . which kind of sets back the gay rights activists . . .

Overall, school administrators can't win.

In this case, the mom wants more In Loco Parentis, in others parents want schools to back off.

I guess it really does depend where these alleged contacts took place in the case of two minors.

OMG Lady...your daughter is a lesbian and has a girlfriend. Get over it. The school is not responsible. They are not there to police your daughter.

If Mom is so upset and worried that her daughter and this other girl may pass one another in the hall, then she needs to remove her daughter from that school. Sounds pretty simple to me.

That won't be best for her daughter. The mom sounds like nutcase.

Like what they carried Mr.Peanut in.

The girl will have to be homeschooled. Maybe mom doesn't have the time

that's NOT the suggestion at all - esp with this ding-dong mom. She could put her in a private school, a religious school, or pay tuition for her to go to a neighboring public school.

Or maybe security guards can make sure nobody is eating pink tacos in the bathroom and the students can do that at the local walmart instead?

Perhaps Taualumna is suggesting that there are likely to be lesbians at any school the young woman attends, and that, assuming the nut case mother isn't one, home would be the only place that she would be "safe."

That's how I read it. Although the other private school in my hometown expelled gay people.

When they could identify them.

That's true, uber-Chrisitans are not known for having great gaydar . Of course, then again, the school I mentioned was also the same one who had one student rape another and they expelled the rapist and suspended the girl who got raped (mentality that she must have worn a short shirt or said something that provoked the rape). This was a very backwards school.
