Random muscle twitching
Anyone get these as much as I do? It seems as if my muscles twitch all the time. I'm sure it twitches a few thousand times a day, but since I'm busy I don't notice it that much. When I lived at the Pike house, my friends always thought I was showing off and flexing my muscles or whatever, but I didn't even realize it was twitching. And right now as I type, my right forearm has been twitching for for the past hour. This is annoying yo.

I think it's mental.

My eye, fingers, and calves do it sometimes. It's annoying.

Do you work out a lot? That used to happen to my ex and he said it had something to do with the muscle being overstimulated or some such nonsense. Maybe it's that.

Stop having gay sex?
I'm kidding, I'm kidding but you know how I saw American Me yesterday? Well there were a lot of weird mexi prison rape scenes and now I'm freaked out again. :*(

Don't worry, Bobby. I get these all the time, too. Just had one in my leg actually...
I've never asked a doctor, but have read it's usually caused by stress. This link says that, too. Probably not a nuerological issue.

I hear that when Barry Bonds gets the twitches, he calls up the ass cream guy who comes over and rubs some on for him.

I think the muscle twitching might be due to a lack of potassium also. Eating a banana and drinking gatorade might help. If not, definitely see a doctor.
