I got an awesome one from JC Penny's. Best part about that place is that they're always having a sale. Don't really buy anything there except bed and bath stuff. I love this pillow though, it's so comfy. Mr. Shaedy always tries to steal it from me.
JC Penny Isotonic Memory Foam Pillows
ETA: I actually have this one

Those memory foam ones - which is what I thought you were looking for, are not really fluffy, but they mold to your head no matter if you sleep on your back/side/face whatever. I had always been a regular foam pillow fan because I hate it how the feathers sometimes poke you. Then I tried a Tempurpedic at a friend's house, and I fell in love, so I got a memory foam one.
Mr. Shaedy used to like to sleep with stuffed animals. I made him give them up...2 weeks ago. I mean, stuffed animals from the fair are one thing. Stuffed animals from the taxidermist are another.

Don't forget the part where the stuffed animals would bleed every night.

What about those blue wedge pillows for bending her over that you see in Maxim? Those things look cool.

A guy I worked with once talked about having that. I just don't understand how exactly you nonchalantly whip that out.

I think they're more for couples who've agreed to purchase one together.
Otherwise, you're right, I don't know how you can place that one your screwing surface and not have her at least look concerned....

Can you explain? Why do you need a pillow to bend her over with?

Oh ok not fluffy in the commercials there always looks like there is mass amount of pillow on each side of the person's head. I need to go check these things out in person.
