Perception Control

Very Interesting...

The process of marketing international conflict has taken another step (or, at least in my humble opinion).

Below are direct quotes from the website of Strategic Communication Laboratories, a London based company that offers what could be argued to be "the most powerful weapon in the world", the ability to manage perception and literally every aspect of a conflict from one operation center.

Quotes from the website:

"In a world where the perception is the reality, all countries need to have the capability to manage their own perceptual alignment – otherwise someone else will."

"Public sentiment is everything. With public sentiment nothing can fail. Without it nothing can succeed. He who molds public opinion is greater than he who enacts laws." President Abraham Lincoln

What do you think about this company?:

the world gets more and more this way (post-modern in my terminology) This is a very good example. Very interesting, seems like a PR exec staged some kind of coup.

I wonder if this company would refuse services to a country/nation (state) based on the corrupt nature of a conflict.

I also have the really weird thought of two or more countries trying to hire this psy-opps center for opposite sides of the same dispute. Does the highest bidder win? Does moral judgement come into play?

The whole concept of what this company does seems Orwellian.

Sounds like a bunch of brainwashing and mind control to me...

Some folks will think of anything...
