Award Ideas
Help! I need ideas for awards (gifts) my company will present at the end of the month.

I work for farmers and they like utilitarian things. Last year for one of the awards, we presented jackets, but one guy is a repeat winner so we need something new. Any suggestions? It needs to be in the $50 range. Nothing too flashy or "dust collector"-y.
