Becoming a Bodacious Woman

The title sounds crazy, I know, but Mary Foley is going to be speaking at my company next week and I thought other GC'ers may be interested in downloading her ebook. She is insightful and offers a ton of advice and techniques to women seeking to improve their careers.

Here is the link to her ebook.

She spoke at KD's convention in 2003. She was okay from what I remember. Not bad, but doesn't stand out in my mind.

I heard her speak at a women's group meeting in DC. I got an email solicitiation from her darn near every day for the next year!

I am all for motivational speakers, but other than making you feel pumped and good about yourself, she won't really share anything you don't know about liking yourself and empowering yourself.

She's a Phi Mu. She spoke at Convention (last year? I think) and will be speaking at the Northern Virginia Alumnae Founders' Day Dinner (lots of capital letters there) on March 4th.

I read through the EBook and saw some motivational messages, which is always helpful.

Is it worth it go attend her workshop for 1.5 hours next week?
